Paul McCartney to perform intimate secret showPaul McCartney has confirmed an intimate show in New York tomorrow night (June 13).
The show will celebrate the release of his new album 'Memory Almost Full' the first album to be release on Starbucks' record label Hear Music.
A limited number of free wristbands will be made available for the show tomorrow at 12.30pm at the Highline Ballroom box office.
Doors open at 7pm. Kings Of Leon hit high on Billboard chart
Kings of Leon's third album 'Because Of The Times' has earned the band their most successful first week sales in the US so far.
Hitting the Billboard charts at number 25, and with sales in excess of 40,000 copies, the Nashville band are one step closer to super stardom in the US.
Despite their popularity in the UK, including the number one album this week, the band have yet to repeat that success at home.
However, with each tour selling out larger venues than before, frontman Caleb Followill is excited to hit the road in the US, including a date at New York's Roseland Ballroom.
Speaking to NME.COM, Followill revealed the band have always felt welcome in the Big Apple.
"We were scared to death when we were first starting out at the thought of playing New York because we knew we were definitely different from a lot of music there, but they embraced it. The thing with New York is if you're going to do something they want you to do it full on, and all out. I mean when we got there it didn't matter that we sounded country or looked funny, they applauded us for it."
